In the heart of Brooklyn’s Dumbo district, where cobblestone streets meet the hum of creative energy, Hanna Yoo is quietly redefining the language of contemporary accessory and sculpture.
Walking into her studio is like stepping into a small universe. Jewelry pieces displayed on a large white table and canvas invite closer inspection. Kneel down and you’ll discover a miniature landscape beneath—an imaginative tableau inspired by “The Little Prince”, one of Hanna’s favorite French books. This whimsical touch reflects the childlike wonder that underpins much of her work: a balance between playfulness and philosophical depth.
Founder of hannayoo works, Hanna’s artistic journey spans two decades and three iconic fashion capitals—Seoul, Paris, and New York. In 2021, under pandemic, she established her independent studio, a space that blurs the line between gallery and showroom, where each piece tells a story sculpted in clay, metal, and memory.
Hanna’s collection, TEARDROPS, crafted from air-dry clay, transforms sadness into subtle joy. “It’s about turning tears into happiness,” she explains.

Later series, Dear… is a story about someone who always stays in the memory, in the present, and forever.

Her hand-shaped objects with intention, reflecting the unique character of its material and cataloged with a serial number—a quiet nod to its individuality and a record of its place in the evolving narrative of hannayoo works.
Hanna Yoo’s work is not just worn—it is felt, experienced, remembered.
And we love it.
